Trumpet/Cornet experts.. help, my mouthpiece is jammed?
iv tried twisting and pulling, and i dont want to use hot water in case it affects the trumpet, help please.

Use hot water, it will not affect the horn. The mouthpiece is more dense than the tube, therefore the tube should expand more than the mouthpiece. Run very hot tap water over it and include about one inch of the tube. Unless it’s a really bad jam, that should take care of it.
