Just in case, the height is 13, width is 8 and surface area is 1024
let the width of he prism be w=8, length be l, and height be h=13.
Surface area of prism= area of top face+ area of bottom face+
area of front face+ area of back face +
area of left face + area of right face.
therefore surface area = l x w + l x w +
l x h + l x h +
w x h + w x h
1024 = 2( l x w ) + 2 ( l x h) + 2 ( w x h)
dividing by 2, 512 = (l x w) + (l x h) + (w x h)
therefore, 512= 8xl + 13xl + 13×8
512= 21xl+ 104
subtract 104 from both sides, 21xl=408
divide by 21, l=19.43
